• Responsible for the smooth running of daily leisure centre operations ensuring adherence to Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans.
• Supervise and allocate work to employee’s to ensure that customers are provided with a safe and enjoyable environment in conjunction with safe systems of work.

• Responsible for recruiting new staff including induction processes and relevant new starter training.

• Set ups and take down of all sports equipment in all areas of the leisure centre.
