At the Bridlington Spa there is multiple roles involved with been a customer service assistant (CSA). For example, depending on the event influences what type of role and task i will have. Furthermore, i often work the bar and the cafe roles (cashier, Barista, Pot wash) and other various roles needed like front of house.
These roles lead to high customer service skills, team work/social skills and acquired varied skills across multiple sectors. Futhermore i have experience with many different types of events and settings, for example, Gigs, Catering, Theatre shows, Everyday cafe, Children's shows, Sport shows and competitions and more.
