My current role as Team Manager at Waitrose Horley has seen me work across many areas of the store, such as Retail, Payment, Partner & Compliance, Customer Experience and at present I am accountable for the Retail bolt on, ensuring that my team are focused on delivering all strategic priorities for the store, and contributing to the success of our region, through effective and motivational leadership.
