As a Team Manager I currently lead teams of 15–25, recruit and train external trainees, and coordinate complex store openings and refurbishments across South London. I have five years supporting multi-site operations and ten years in retail leadership, giving me strong skills in planning, organisation, risk awareness and stakeholder liaison. My voluntary youth work in Lambeth, Croydon and Wandsworth includes mentoring 13–25-year-olds, planning community projects and supervising short residential activities. I am First Aid trained, IT literate, knowledgeable in safeguarding, and willing to undertake any further Team Leader or teaching qualifications required. I have previously and still currently work in the M&S business. As I move and progress in my career i would love to move into a role I am more passionate about.
