• Serving customers on the tills and helping them with information to find the correct products quickly and efficiently.
• Click and collect orders,
• Helping to keep stock tidy and replenished on the shop floor
• Processing quotes on the trade side for higher value orders

• Providing knowledgeable product advice

Trusted with key responsibilities such as, closing the store, cashing up at the end of the day, processing refunds and exchanges, managing the shop floor while supporting my team and I have also passed with 99% on the mystery shopper twice. I build a strong relationship with all my customers by being friendly and approachable from the very moment they enter the store, to the very end. I quickly understand their needs and find out what they’re looking for. I also suggest alternatives to try find something they might also be interested in that is similar if we don’t have the exact product they’re looking for. I’m highly motivated by targets and have effective communication to achieve the best customer experience.

At the Sidmouth Harbour Hotel I provided professional massage treatments to clients, ensuring they felt comfortable and relaxed throughout their whole experience. I focused on getting a good understanding of each individual’s needs and what they hoped to gain from their treatment, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
