As an arhiteture student approaching graduation from Lancaster university, I am eager to expand mt knowledge beyond traditional design and apply my creative, visual and problem solving skills to digital content development. With a strong foundation in customer service and communication from my current job as a No7 advisor, I have developed a keen eye for detail, the ability to adapt quickly, and confidence in working with technology and people.

My academic background has equipped me with a solid

understanding of design principles, digital tools, and presentation techniques- skills I believe align closely with the responsibilities of the digital content Assistant role. I am enthusiastic about the modern learning experiences and believe this role offers the ideal environment for me to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.

• completed 4 year training programme focused on fire safety, teamwork and community service.
• Achieved Skills for Justice Level 2 qualification in Fire and Rescue Services.
• Took part in practical fire service drills, including hose running, ladder work, and casualty rescue.
• Developed strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
• participated in community events and public safety education initiatives.
