I worked 30 hours, 4 days a week. I was assisting customers during the demanding Christmas period. I was mostly helping with the tills and helping with stock. I stayed patient and persistent and confidently spoke to customers when they had a question and needed help. I got work done fast when stocking up and packing deliveries.

As a volunteer at Bracknell Library, I supported staff with daily operations and provided assistance to visitors. I helped customers locate books and resources and ensured shelves were organised and tidy. I also assisted with library events and general tasks, which helped me develop strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills in a public-facing environment.

During my work experience at Norcot Early Years Centre, I supported staff in caring for young children in a busy nursery setting. I assisted with daily activities such as arts and crafts, story time, and outdoor play. I also helped maintain a safe and engaging environment, supported snack times, and comforted children when needed. This role helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
