Nicole Brereton

I run the site day to day alongside my general manager, ensuring the equipment and the centre as a whole is safe and clean. My main job roles include creating a roster for 12 staff members, ordering the site's stock and overseeing the staff's training and development. I also run the sites social media pages such as Facebook and instagram to promote events and keep our followers engaged. While working at Space Adventurers, I created a cold drink menu of 14 milkshakes and frappes increasing our revenue.

I started working for Starbucks as a barista at Taunton train station (SSP) and made my way up to assistant manager after 6 months. My role was the highest in my store. I finished working for Cobra coffee. I oversaw the opening and closing of the stores, producing high volume coffee orders quickly and to brand standard as well as upskilling staff to be able to run any section so the store ran smoothly. Back of house I kept up with stock ordering as well as completing stock takes, managed rosters for 7-22 staff members and created weekly trading reports, analysing data to improve the day-to-day operations.

I have worked a variety of sales assistant roles during the winter breaks from Haven Holidays. These include, Mecca bingo, Sainsbury's, Costa and an independent cafe Coffee ,n, Cream.

I worked for Haven holidays for a total of 4 seasons at a different parks. 2016-2019 I worked as a children's entertainer and engaged with audiences while performing and presenting in shows. 2020-2021 I worked as an events coordinator, I organised events such as parties and day to day activities like arts and crafts and baking. While events were not running I took phone calls, built report with the owners and organised future events.
