  • Plan and manage production capacity across 10 asphalt plants (4 in East Anglia and 6 across London and the South Coast) to meet the demand for asphalt products, optimising manufacturing efficiency, stock levels and cost.
  • Ensuring the most cost effect give decision has been made to supply, reporting and challenging management on these decisions.
  • Adhering to customer requirements and negotiating alternatives.
  • Constant communication with all asphalt plants, requiring fast paced and reliable information to be communicated with no face-to-face contact via all communications methods.

Key responsibilities:

  • Performed varied roles within the kitchen for long periods under pressure to fulfil multiple customer orders. These included the operation of the oil vats, grill and the line production of food.
  • Working shifts often during the restaurants busiest times whilst being located next to the Colchester United stadium and directly off the A12.
  • Whilst at McDonald's I developed the understanding of operating within a team, where everyone is co-dependent on one-another in order to operate productively; this ultimately gave me key skills such as good communication, meeting deadlines and upholding business standards and expectations.
