  • I joined after a long time away from the Motor Trade and I always knew Car sales was for me since my first Job in Evans Hallshaw Vauxhall. I soon after realised even after experiences different field that Sales was the area I was most skilled at. Nearly completed 5 Years working for a Prestige Brand I have thoroughly enjoyed it and gained a lot of knowledge from Selling our A-Class to the Most expensive car sold at this Dealership. S65 Final Edition £245,000, for me this was a sense of great achievement to be able to handle such a unique car to a high valued client of mind.
  • After a few successful years here, I took the opportunity of training to be an AMG Expert which meant training in different part of the world and experiencing bespoke vehicles tuned by AMG. Coming back from each trip meant I would have a wealth of knowledge to relay back to my colleagues and most importantly my clients. My F&I would be top 3 in the dealership and maximising each opportunity by at least being 2 Products per sale. I have been recognised by numerous employee of the month awards for being most helpful, most profitable and also most hardworking.I always add a personally touch to each of my clients by introducing them to aftersales and the service they also provide. A. Delivering the highest standard Handover for me is the most important, a lot of client wait years to take delivery from a showroom.

  • My main role as a business Manager was to ensure the smooth running of the business. Working as a dual site practice Manager I oversee approximately 23 staff including Nurses/ Dentists & Receptionists. The Job Role consisted of ensuring the practice is well lead to the NHS guidelines and ready for a CQC inspection. June 2016 I had passed a CQC inspection for my practices and this following by a successful NHS visit as well. My job role required me to understand a P&L and ensure all costs are controlled. Working closely to the business profit and loss allows me to hit targets set from the Area Manager. Regular monthly meetings with the team recording minutes from the meeting. Making sure all staff present are fully compliant and have all relevant CPR and cross infection training in place. Regular Health and safety checks and making sure COSHH folder is updated. As part of the job I liaise with Head office requests on a daily basis, reporting any issue with equipment. I have also organised disciplinary and grievance arrangements –maintaining records to date. , insurances, procedures and handbooks. Ensuring all patient complaints are dealt with in line with the company’s policy, either verbally or inviting the person to the office to offer a resolution. All staff are fully trained to offer finance options for patients interested in high value treatments. I really enjoy working in the dentistry sector as no day is the same.

  • I undertook the physical Police Training Known as PST (Personal Safety Training), which gives the physical element more of an enhancement where there is no room for error in difficult and volatile situations
  • Learning all primary reflexes of a body, and the different methods using reasonable force with the correct equipment whether that is the Asp or the Cs gas Canister
  • Interviewing suspects and witnesses was a major lesson taught by the training staff, which I found very interesting and picked up new methods of questioning
  • Making lawful arrests in training making sure that the correct offence has been understood then applying the correct legislation along side the caution
  • Being part of Hampshire Constabulary has been a very exciting path for me to take; everyday would be a new challenge to face. I was chosen out of thousands of applicants for my knowledge demonstrated in all the assessments. I believe, efficient decision-making was the most important element of the job. I have used my time at training to enhance my skills.
