• As a Starbucks Supervisor I used my initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and all customers leavefeeling happy and satisfied with the service provided
• I lead and motivate the team and also delegateresponsibility while providing customers with the premium service the brand prides itself in.

As an NCS Team Leader, I played an influential part in the overall experience of the summer NCS programme for young people (15-17-year olds) to enjoy and learn new skills over the half term holidays.

The role involved being responsible for the overall health, safety, wellbeing and safeguarding of a group of young people for two weeks throughout their time on the programme.

The programme included a one week residential and one week based at a local university, on a daily turn up basis, supporting the young people to create and deliver a successful social action project.

Though the job was a temporary role during the half term holidays it provided invaluable experience and transferable skills to be used in future job roles.
