Being a customer care assistant i’m the person who offers customers a warm welcome and anticipates what they need. Whether that's clearing trays and explaining the menu or getting to know our regular customers. Working mostly from the dining area, you'll also monitor quality and cleanliness. We'll train you to deliver your best and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

As a medical sales officer, my duties was:

• act as a key link between medical and pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals
• arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
• make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector, persuading them that your products or services are better than those of your competitors
• organise conferences for doctors and other medical staff
• build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff
• manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences and hospitality
