• Ensured timely project completion for customer satisfaction by ensuring all site files were ready for following weeks openings.
• Helped administrator with daily tasks, such as scanning and printing essential documents.
• Helped planners to gather relevant documents for their individual projects / openings.
• Designed a construction themed picture to be printed on Mugs.
• Went on site visits with contract managers to see what their different projects involved. i.e Kitchen refit sign off, tower block in Brighton undergoing concrete repairs and balcony replacements.
• Answered phones to help provide great customer service and to coordinate bookings with residents.
• Engaged with IT specialist Richard to gain a greater understanding of all IT issues and diagnostics.

As this was my Primary school i learnt how to study, engage with other children and learn respect for my elders and teachers.

As these were my informative years i learnt a lot from all involved.
