Summary

I have a genuine desire to work towards the betterment of people, which led me to pursue my degree in social care and subsequently work within numerous community driven roles. For example, in my previous role as an Independent living Scheme Officer with Orbit Housing, I strove to build and maintain safe and thriving communities, promoting the independence and uniqueness of each customer. I achieved this through developing strong customer relationships, driven by my earnest commitment to their wellbeing. I appreciated the uniqueness of every customer, even when this leadsto complex and challenging issues, which I dealt with professionally and discreetly.

My current role has been part of a new initiative within the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust entitled the Transformation Programme which sought to seamlessly unite both health and social care ensuring that patients could have their needs met in the least intrusive and most holistic way.

My role as Tenancy Sustainment Officer within the Community Mental Health Team, was introduced on the recognition that underpinning both physical and mental health is a safe, secure and affordable home.
