- Started my career in a fantastic salon, working after school and Saturdays whilst ensuring cleaning was maintained, be it sweeping floors or cleaning skirting boards and more stubborn jobs

- Experimental colours and cuts with top class customer service was my plan to really make my mark in a new town which I feel I have done to great effect
- I am a key holder, and I am also trusted to cash up at the end of the day
- I want to step forwards in my career and start to take a more senior role with some new staff coming in
- This led to me starting incentives for product sales, as well as taking on more demanding clients
- I started to conduct more complicated and time-consuming cuts and colours whilst maintaining the relaxing atmosphere everyone wants in a salon as well as having the responsibility for bringing up the apprentice in the best way
- I want to now push myself in a new bigger and busier salon to test my current skills whilst learning new ones through courses and my surrounding peers.

In my downtime I like to spend time with my partner and more importantly my 10-month-old Show Cocker Spaniel, Bailey. I am taking him to classes regularly wanting to teach him new skills and tricks (but mostly I love the cuddles!). I also enjoy cooking and baking, with my specialty being my white chocolate cheesecake – so I will help contribute towards a coffee morning or special work lunch.
I also enjoy the flexibility of owning my own car and clean full UK driving licence and extending my travels across the world.
