Working in this position; it consisted of me aiding in different jobs for the business such as roof and gutter cleaning jobs, building new roofs on to houses.

This consisted of me safely carrying tile and slate up the scaffolding, nailing felt and batons on the roof and having to make sure that i got the right measurements and angles to make sure we didnt get make any mistakes

The responsibilities that i had to take on was learning to work into the different sections of the establishment such as the kitchen (packaging and frying the food items), the drive through window section (where i had to take customers order and take payments at the window), and finally the drinks station (making a range of coffees and ice creams).
