I have over two years of experience working at Vue Cinema, where I began as a Customer Assistant and was subsequently promoted to Team Leader. In this role, I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. In this role I have taken on the responsibility of requiting new staff.
