I have two and a half years experience working as a customer service advisor in a busy team for a well established plumbing and heating business. The skills i have gained from my current employment would be working with integrity through taking ownership and accountability of my work with a professional approach. I have proven to be able to work calmly in a busy and fast paced environment. I enjoy working with people, helping customers resolve issues and supporting team members as well as train junior colleagues. Working within a team I have seen the importance of advocating a safe working environment that supports and encourages team members, values diversity and inclusivity.
