I have had a varied career working for TSB over the years The last 2 years of which I reverted back to Customer Service Advisor However my career has encompassed many roles namely Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Manager and Branch Manager I excelled in all roles with consistent above average reviews I chose to downgrade & subsequently left the organisation to allow more focus & care for my then elderly mother My mother has now passed away & I feel now is the time to get back to a fulfilling role

The numerous skills I have gained over the years can only help with the very important role that this application is for I pride myself on customer care, am empathetic and willing to learn to provide the service you are seeking I can work as part of a team but, given training, will confidently work alone I am flexible with any working pattern
