I have had a varied career working for TSB over the years The last 2 years of which I reverted back to Customer Service Advisor However my career has encompassed many roles namely Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Manager and Branch Manager I excelled in all roles with consistent above average reviews I chose to downgrade & subsequently left the organisation to allow more focus & care for my then elderly mother My mother has now passed away & I feel now is the time to get back to a fulfilling role
