I have excellent administrative skills, which I have learnt and developed through my qualifications, and through working as a Customer Service Adviser at The Pickaquoy Centre I adapt and learn very easily to different systems, and I am not scared to ask for help if needed, as I have found while being a receptionist, asking for help is the best solution so the task can get done correctly

I have great people skills, and I am very approachable; I know how to deal with all types of customers, as I have lots of experience working with the public

I am also very organised, and great at delegating tasks I planned my school's prom in 2024 and was the Treasurer, which meant I had to be very organised with the money, and ensure I was keeping the accounts up to date Alongside this, I had to delegate tasks to the whole team, to ensure we kept on track, as we were under a time restraint for the prom

In addition to my experience in planning the prom, I was also the company secretary for the Young Enterprise group in 2024, Ebb and Flow, and I won 'Best Director' at the Young Enterprise awards Being in Ebb and Flow increased my teamwork and problem-solving skills During the times we disagreed, I worked with the team to encourage a positive outcome Being the company secretary also meant I had to coordinate the meetings and be prepared prior to meeting with the group
