
my current role in the fat boar Mold is assistant manager I have the tasks of making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and our customers have a great and enjoyable experience. I have the task of also making sure that staff are on time and are in their sections ready and all set up for our busy events that we do on the weekends.
I also have to make sure that staff are aware of any changes made to the menus that they might be unaware of on the day.
