I manage a team of 15 people in a busy shop floor situated in a retail park.

I manage holidays, set out rotas & plan changes in the store ie; new stock & promotions, price changes, product withdrawal, planning ahead for seasonal aisles.

I take deliveries and allocate to staff members.

I have the responsibility of opening up & closing the store.

I train staff on how to use hand held devices, how to book deliveries & receive, check stock availability.
