
I am a dedicated and organised parents of 3 children, one of whom has a rare genetic syndrome called Kabuki Syndrome. This come with health concerns, additional learning needs and autistic traits. The role of becoming a parent has strengthened my skills in communication, time management, advocacy and problem solving, as well as my ability to remain calm, patient and adaptable in challenging situations. Through working closely with school, health professionals, and support services, I have developed strong collaboration and planning skills, alongside a deep understanding of individual needs and inclusive approaches. these experiences have shaped me into a resilient, empathetic, and highly motivated individual.
In my current role as a café customer assistant I consider myself to be very reliable and 100% customer focused. I am confident in providing friendly, efficient service, preparing and serving food to a high standard whist maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices. I work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods, and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. I am organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering a positive customer experience at all times.
