- Solely responsible for conducting property viewings across the company's rental portfolio, managing prospective tenants from initial enquiry through to application stage.
-Process tenancy applications, coordinate referencing, and progress tenancies through to move-in.
-Negotiate tenancy terms and offers with prospective tenants.
-Manage the company's Rightmove Plus account, creating and maintaining property listings to maximise enquiries and occupancy levels.
- Assess rental values of properties and prepare marketing particulars, using market knowledge to accurately price and advertise available homes.
- Upload and manage property advertisements across online property portals, ensuring listings remain accurate and up to date.
- Manage utility accounts for properties, including setting up, transferring, and updating suppliers when tenants move in or out.
-Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, maintenance requests, and tenancy-related issues.
