I am currently an Assistant Manager at Five Guys with over 10 years of leadership experience. I am a determined and motivated individual, known to work best within a team but capable to use my own initiative.   • As an Assistant Manager, my responsibilities include assisting the general manager in daily operations, schedules, invoices and ensuring KPIs are met. As part of my role I am responsible for leading shifts while motivating the team. Additionally, I oversee recruitment and conduct telephone interviews ensuring compliance with staff confidentiality and data protection. I have organised and delivered staff meetings, Managing HR issues whilst delivering the outcomes, experience in handling difficult conversations. I have attend a variety of courses to develop my skills and knowledge further, including onboarding and documentation, financial paperwork and record keeping.

My hobbies include running, going to the gym and keeping active. I have recently found a passion for fitness and well-being, I like to challenge myself and see what I can achieve by stepping out of my comfort zone. Last year I participated in Tough Mudder and this year completed Glasgow Kiltwalk. I enjoy socialising with friends and visiting new places., I enjoy fundraising and event planning, I do so to a high standard.
