Darren did an incredible job in persistently moving our Repair integrations forward even though it was detailed, complex, with tricky supplier dynamics and stakeholders. His persistence and detail focus has been critical to our success in keeping this on track and I want to thank him for that. Furthermore, I was reminded recently of just how incredibly effective Darren can be in bringing order to chaos with his involvement in the quality and control programme. 

He came into a complicated programme of change, where the existing PM was doing a good job but was overwhelmed by the volume of tasks, and just rolled his sleeves up and helped bring clarity and the right discussions to the fore, which meant we could close down some projects early, and focus energies better in the ones that remained.
