· Co-designed Transport for London’s flagship Steps into Work programme with Barnett College, helping young people with severe learning disabilities secure employment.

· Led the implementation  of the first UK Individual Placement Support Programme (IPS) with the NHS and Centre of Mental Health, and scaled across the UK, using impact data and fidelity scores.
