  • Programme Manager at Amex GBT responsible for the governance and delivery of the Hotel Growth Initiative (HGI) – a large transformational change programme tasked with delivering an additional $135-150 million addition revenue per annum by 2028
  • Responsible for creating the programme governance framework for all project and delivery managers to follow in the delivery of their projects and pulling together all project plans to create the HGI roadmap to give a high level view of the key milestones within the Initiative
  • Programme management of four key initiatives, working with project managers to drive delivery across multiple areas and bring together milestones and objectives to a delivery roadmap
  • Range of deliverables include contact centre transformation, systems enhancements, new product launches and overall optimisation of existing processes.

Hobbies and Interests

  • Sports – Take part in several sports including football, jogging, yoga and exercise at the gym which requires a high level of dedication and concentration. I have completed 4 marathons, having recently completed the London Marathon and I am training for my next marathon in 2025. I have also acted as the Secretary of my local running club, Birmingham Swifts.
  • Leadership – Have led multiple project teams and ensure I bring direction and drive to my teams to ensure they are fully motivated. Have found “active listening” a very useful skill when working in a group.
  • Inclusion – I am an advocate for inclusion, both within my professional roles and externally. I have acted as the organiser for BT’s entries in both the Glasgow and Birmingham Pride parade entries, ensuring the company was appropriately represented and celebrated for its inclusive approach.
