I have been at McDonald's for four years where i have progressed from a crew member to a shift manager. I have learned a range of new skills that have allowed me to obtain this position that is listed below:

• Trained new hires and mentored staff into developing the skills it takes to work here to ensure good performance for the company
• Communicated effectively to crew to position them correctly to ensure sales are being met and staff welfare is prioritised.
