
I would like to describe myself as an outgoing part of the hospitality community, who has experience in different types of venue, but primarily west end bar/restaurants. I like to fast paced community and customer oriented work that this job allows for. I have worked my way up through a variety of roles, so am capable of flexibility when it comes to position. I have also been entrusted with keyholder and money handling responsibilities. I pride myself on being able to fit into environments quickly, and focus on building strong relationships with my colleagues and customers.

General front of house assistance, for a hotel (Boclaire House) specialising in functions (Weddings, Wake's etc). Serving in a fast paced-environment, both food drink as well as assisting with set up and handover.
Also served as a night-porter, cleaning/laundering, as well as serving overnight guests, providing security and assistance, and answering queries over the phone.
Coordinated with kitchen staff and delivery drivers, taking orders over the phone, as well as taking in person through the POS system. General assistance with food prep, hygiene and set-up/shut-down of the premises.
