  • Improved patient comfort by providing personal care and supporting with mobility. Reporting any concerns and requesting equipment such as air mattresses' and pressure relieving equipment to prevent pressure sores. Supporting any individual needs patient's may have such as washing, stoma care, catheter care whilst maintaining privacy and dignity throughout.
  • Collaborated with multi-disciplinary team members to provide high standards of patient care, communicating well and reporting any concerns that may affect patient care. Completing patient admissions, disclaimers and ensuring weights, blood pressures and any swabs that may be required are taken and documented clearly.
  • Managed documentation accurately, contributing to patient record-keeping processes, ensuring all charts such as fluid balance, blood glucose charts, meal charts and skin charts are completed correctly and in a timely manner in line with patient treatment and care plans.
