I began my career at McDonald’s as a Crew Member, where I developed strong customer service and teamwork skills. Through dedication and consistent performance, I progressed to the role of Crew Trainer, supporting the development of new staff and ensuring high operational standards were maintained.
On 5th December 2021, I was promoted to Manager. In this role, I took on significant responsibility, including leading both opening and closing shifts, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. My duties included overseeing staff, managing performance, handling customer queries, and maintaining excellent service standards while building positive relationships with both new and returning customers.
I completed first aid training to ensure I could respond effectively to any incidents during my shifts. I was also responsible for carrying out daily health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.
