I am a calm person who is able to work under pressure, I always greet people with a smile which make me a trustworthy person, plus I have good listening skills so people feel respected and comfortable, In addition I have variety of skills such as : teamwork skills, time management, solving problems and I speak three different languages ( Arabic, French, English).
I am always respectful as I’m open to different cultures and beliefs, I make sure that I am being considerate of other people`s needs and treating others how they wish to be treated.
I like to encourage others to be positive and use positive verbal communication with body language, be solution focussed and be supportive for others, example: help them find solutions .
In my current experience as a student experience team member, I work within our frontline operations team based at an individual property or within a cluster. The role is responsible for delivering the `Unite Way of Operations` whilst displaying CARE (Connect, Act, Respect and Encourage) to our students. My team I work closely with peers in housekeeping, facilities and, where applicable, caretakers to deliver a safe.
Also, I am able to connect with the students which means being open to diversity, being approachable to everyone, build good rapports and adaptable to any situation.
This experience has made me observant to everything that`s happening around me, taking ownership to make things right and to speaking up and ensure lessons are shared and improvements are made for everyone to benefit.
In addition I am a freelance Arabic interpreter by phone , I have the ability to identify and understand the speech of another person; the ability to communicate information and ideas, the ability to speak loud and clear, excellent social skills, profound ability to work efficiently under a high-pressure condition.
I work with different sectors which made my knowledge expand, I am able to advise people about different subjects.
