• Maintained high standards of customer service during peak times.
• Became a part of "development team" learning different skills such as cleaning beer lines and opening and closing building which was conducted by management.
• Followed regulations surrounding the sale of alcohol.
• Checked identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.

• Attending the Hibernian FC ladies game against Glasgow City.
• I learned the ins and outs of keeping social media accounts up to date to provide fans with live updates. (Facebook, Instagram and X).
• Observed the full-time interviews with players. Shadowed the report writer whilst they did the full match report.
