Due to the fact that I already have a vast skillset from having worked at a fast-paced workplace like McDonald's. I learned a variety of skills, such as time management and figuring out how to assist customers in a time-restricted atmosphere. Because of this, I was able to work well at Zizzi's without stressing out and figuring out how to do the work effectively and effortlessly.

My job was primarily to engage with customers in order for them to get fast and reliable service; however, because I had wanted to do more work, I was trained in both lobby work and the kitchen. I did both opening and closing shifts and had enough training and experience to train new trainees.
