While pursuing my undergraduate degree in Psychology, I have been working full-time, gaining invaluable industry experience.

During my time at Café Pacifico, I have built strong connections with influential figures in the global bar industry and contributed my insights to help elevate the team’s performance and the overall guest experience.

Gained valuable industry insights from owner Darren Brooks, a hospitality professional with 30 years of global experience. Learned directly from his expertise, including working alongside renowned figures such as Dick Bradsell (creator of the Espresso Martini).

Took responsibilities such as training new bartenders, stock control, and stock take.
Lead shifts as a Maitre D' in a high-paced restaurant.
Took part in the hotel's Operational and Head of Department meetings, where I applied my experience in helping the business with the monthly forecast and payroll control.

As Duty Manager, I was responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the busiest periods, ensuring that all guest concerns were addressed promptly and effectively to maintain a high standard of service.

Acted as a duty manager during the nighttime in a 43-room hotel.
Learned Opera (Oracle) and had to do the credit card reconciliation for all the departments in the hotel.
Became a Fire Warden and First Aider.

As a freelance writer in Moldova, I wrote SEO articles and created general media content for private employers.
