Whilst staying with my partner in Essex, I was able to gain some work experience at the local Indian restaurant. During my short time there I learned how to communicate well with other team members, deal with orders via telephone, online, and walk-ins. I also took payments by cash or debit card, and dealt with some complaints. My experience included:

• Created a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests warmly upon arrival.
• Communicated efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery.
• Recommended menu items to guests when asked.
• Managed cash transactions accurately.
• Promptly addressed any issues that took place.
• Upheld hygiene standards in all front-of-house areas.

Whilst I was at school, my guidance teacher arranged a volunteering position for me at a cafe in Edinburgh. During my time there I:

• Quickly learned and applied new skills to daily tasks.
• Successfully delivered on tasks given.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Made filter coffee's and bacon sandwiches.
• Communicated well with other team members.

I was a student at Alpha Dance Academy from the age of 3. At the age of 11 I stayed after my own classes to help with the younger children. My experience included:

• Demonstrated warm ups, stretches, and routines.
• Assisted instructor to teach younger students choreoography.
• Encouraged younger children who often got upset.
• Helped children with prop and costume changes.
