Im dealing with Landlords,tenants,complaints, orgainising viewings, carrying out inspections, going to Tribunals, arranging tradesmen to attend property and making sure all compliance is up to date. Im also responsible for the rent collection and paying it out too Landlords plus paying bills related to the company and contractors.
