Initially joined the Integration Pod, building connectivity Rest APIs to various data manipulations, parsing and re-formatting of data between the various different services in HSBC. Primarily worked using Java and Spring Boot.

• Migrated multiple existing services from Spring Boot 2 to 3 within few weeks of joining
• Worked on refactoring existing services, oftentimes achieving over 5x faster performance

In April 2024, joined Innovation Lab, the bank's leading tech team for incorporating AI into pre-existing workflows deemed expensive/time-consuming. Worked primarily in Python and Flask, with various services managed and hosted on Azure Cloud.

• Individual project resulted in 20 FTE of savings on manual QC checks related to third-party service management.
• Present bi-weekly demo to CIO and Chief of Engineering of department.
• Working towards Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certificate.
• Designated Speech-to-Text SMO for pod.
