- Collaborated closely with the Store Manager on daily operations to ensure a smooth run of the business by complying to deadlines in a timely manner and also by driving productivity amongst the team

- Helped cover the Store Managers maternity leave ( April 2024 - March 2025), achieving the best financial year ever for the Southampton Store with a turnover of £3.446 million for the 2024 financial year.

-During this time period, I was also responsible for the execution and delivery of weekly and daily rotas, product and sale reports, Health & Safety audits and incident reports.

- Executed several staff yearly reviews, providing constructive feedback and any other required support

- Assisted the Store Manager with the hiring process, carrying out job interviews, onboarding and training and developing team members

• Managed several store departments, optimising their efficiency by ensuring brand updates were performed correctly and within deadlines
• Managed inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Delegated tasks and reacted to changing workloads to maintain efficient operations.
• Launched several sale and Mid-season sale events
• Set daily priorities and communicated targets, motivating teams to achieve them.

- Greeted and welcomed guests to the Hotel, providing any assistance required for their stay

- Managed room, spa, restaurant and taxi bookings

- Assisted VIP guests with room tours and with any queries to ensure a pleasant and discreet stay

• Received positive customer feedback by providing expert style advice adapted to different customer needs
• Trained staff members in visual merchandising techniques, improving team efficiency and always promoting team work
• Managed visual elements during store promotions in order to create a store atmosphere that matches brand values
