I absolutely love my job here and look forward to my shifts. I work here usually two evenings per week and the days change all the time. It is a lone worker role so I have to open the premises and set up the till etc and it's basically my job to chat to all the lovely members. The customers ages range from maybe 30's up to my favourite member who is 92. Some are ex RAF members, some are just lonely and come in for a cup of tea and a chat. Most of our members come in alone and I happily sit and chat away with them about their week and what they have been up to! It doesn't seem like work and I am really lucky to have found this job that is flexible, suits me so much as I am a chatterbox and I feel like I am making my customers days a little brighter having a natter and a laugh together.

• I started my business 15 years ago and this is something I feel super proud of. We are venue dressers who have styled thousands of weddings and events over the years and had a shop for the full time too! I have worked on some incredible events, a footballers wedding in Lake Como, huge charity events in London rubbing shoulders with celebrities, I have been welcomed on multiple occasions to footballers homes and helped them celebrate their families special occasions. But more importantly I have helped hundreds of local couples celebrate their special days. We make sure every job is finished to the same standard and I have gotten such a lot of job satisfaction from this business. I am quietening down my wedding business as I now have two sons who I want to spend more time with of a weekend. In my busy wedding season I used to have to be out all weekend leaving at 3am and not coming home for 48 hours and this doesn't work for me and my family anymore.
