My time at Looe Social club
During my time working in hospitality i have developed many skills valuable to any Bar/Pub, These include a high level of understanding in many areas varying from cellar maintenance, till operation and programming to engaging with customers and creating excellent customer staff relations. I thrive in being an efficient and knowledgable member of staff and am always willing to learn and expand my expertise. There are several occasions where i have been acting manager during my time at Looe Social Club when my manager has been on leave/holiday this further developed my experience in managing deliveries, dealing with customer bookings and complaints, handling equipment faults and being a reliable, understanding person for my co-workers to turn to in all aspects of hospitality.
