As a Network and Collection driver for Royal Mail, I was responsible for the timely collection of mail and parcels from a range of customers across numerous postcodes. During this time, I worked as part of a team to provide the most efficient service to customers. To support my team, I was responsible for my own equipment, vehicle and workload, to ensure mail was collected safely and efficiently.
