In this position I have handled the day to day task in two supported housing sites and a floating support service, overseeing referrals and allocating these to staff, staff apparels, team meetings, staff one to on, staff performance, sickness, reporting to commissioners, Whilst adhering to Making space values and policies.

As a Mental health floating support worker I have worked with low level mental health clients in the community. Supporting them with day to day living, social inclusion,debts,housing issues, medical appointments and accessing mental health support.

I worked with clients that were elderly frail, dementia and challenging behaviour.

My daily duties were

I worked on a challenging behaviour unit and a Neurodisabuility unit. I was responsible for the daily health, hygiene and wellbeing of clients. Care planning, record keeping, adhering to individual care plans, reporting and recording incidents and accidents. Leasing with the on site nurses.

I was responsible for the daily personal health, hygiene and wellbeing of clients, care planning and daily reports whiles adhering to care plans.

• Responsible for till transactions, customer service, Stock rotation and the ordering of stock. Communication with staff and customers. I also stud in as a key holder and ran the store in the managers absence.
