I'm a strong and a experienced worker in customer service from starting my career in one of the biggest shipping companies in the world to now working in one of the biggest sports facilities in East Anglia and have proven ability and experience to assist customers. With in-depth knowledge in customer interactions, I know what is needed for the customers to come away satisfied and to come back again. I am committed to the delivery of high service standards, with a dedication to delivering solutions, handling complaints, and solving problems. With high experience of dealing with customers on the phone communicating them through email and face to face weather they have a pre booking or on a turn up and go basis. Away from my job I also am a photographer where I travel up and down the country capturing for the Short Oval Motorsports scene and editing all my photos and videos to ever growing my self run page with over 5,000 followers,

This is a club for drivers 8 - 15 years of age where I help guide and teach current club drivers and new drivers their race craft and prepare them for their yearly karting championship and their future racing careers with many kids breaking lap records under my tution and Kids moving onto bigger and better adventures on the Outdoor circuits.

• My main hobby is Motorsport, and I enjoy watching Short Oval racing which features Banger, Stockcar and Hot Rod racing.
• In 2021 I decided to change my experience in the sport by purchasing a camera and setting up my own photography page. I went into it not knowing how my camera operates and what’s the best settings to use and over time used my experience and guidance from fellow photographers to get the best settings and enjoy the best shots in all conditions to try and get myself above the rest. Now 4 seasons after starting I’ve grown to be a popular photographer around my local tracks and always getting praise from drivers, officials and sometimes the promoters which makes all the work I do behind the scenes editing all the pictures I take all worth it and has brought a new talent in me that I never thought I’d ever get to.
