Alongside my day-to-day role in overseeing the onboarding journey, I have taken on additional responsibility in managing the smart metering apprentices. I have been conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and support. I have also handled disciplinaries, ensuring that any performance or conduct issues are addressed fairly and professionally.
