- I expanded my field of experience working for Aegis where I work at venues such as Barso Aruba and have worked at the seasonal Beach bar/club Palm Beach formerly known as West Beach, Sandfest and Sandpolo, Christchurch Festival and boombattle bar.
- At these Venues I gained a lot more range of experience and skills in the Door Supervisor sector of the industry from working with highly experienced and trained doormen who improved my knowledge in aspects such as conflict management, de-escalating and communication not only to customers but amongst my team learning things from radio call signs to clear communication over the radio.
- On the Security officer side of the industry I do A lot of work for AFC Bournemouth being at matchday security or at the AFC Bournemouth performance centre providing good customer service to Players, Staff and Spectators. I maintain a good level of professionalism and duty of care to those who attend the venue and carry out my duties exactly how it is expected of me.
