I am a compassionate and empathetic Social Work Student with a strong commitment to safeguarding and supporting children and families. I have developed a solid understanding of assessment, care planning, and child protection processes, alongside the ability to build meaningful relationships by tailoring interventions and communicate effectively with a range of individuals.
I am confident working within multi-agency environments and understand the importance of collaborative practice in achieving positive outcomes. I bring a reflective, empathetic, and culturally aware approach, with a passion for promoting person centred care and empowering families to make sustainable change by building relationships. I enjoy using theories to inform my practice in order to to ensure my interventions are evidence-based, reflective, and tailored to meet the individual needs of children and families.
I am eager to continue developing my skills and knowledge within social work, with the aim of making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
