On a freelance bases I co-run food sensory workshops with preschools. This is organised by Ella's Kitchen with the aim to encourage pre school teachers to include food sensory into their curriculum. I drive the Ella’s Kitchen truck to the event which is being played out across the country. The truck stays at the preschool all day and we run interactive activities in small groups. I then hold a debrief with the preschool teachers, providing them with an information pack and lesson plans for the future.

Trained and managed the customer experience team. Head of returns and customer improvement. Liaison for the Warehouse team.

• Managed a team of four people on all roles of customer service: emails, complaints, private DM’s on Instagram, and return processing.
• Communicated with carriers, and fulfilment teams.
• Direct Liaison with the warehouse team to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders.
• Facilitated an efficient returns process and redistribution to the warehouse.
• Keept inventory levels up to date on the website.
• Analysed logistical operations and recommended methods to improve the communities experience, from the customers interaction with the store front/ website, to the returns process, and all communications via email and DM's.

Assistant instructor for holiday camps, term-time classes and birthday parties. TARKA is a play based learning company, that hold fun active based exercise lessons for children aged 1-7 years. They aim to provide skills for life; respect, confidence, independence and teamwork.

• Assist the running of lessons (1 hour) and holiday camps (full day)
• Co-hosting the games at kids birthday parties, and setting up equipment.

I also ran private lessons for small groups.

• Plan each the lesson
• Source the equipment needed
• Set up the lesson in the families garden or parks around London
• Teach a 1-1.5 hour lesson with a group of 2-5 children

Hosting escape games and ensuring customers have the best possible customer experience from the moment they arrive.

• Briefing teams on the rules and what to expect during the game.
• Hosting the game live: providing clues and running mechanics
• Debriefing the team, and presenting certificates

This role was also job shared with reception, where I would manage and take bookings via email and over the phone. Greet the teams, sign them in and get them set up with their games host.

Hosted Children's parties in character for ages of 5-10, in groups of 30.
