Simon Novakovic

I have extensive experience in managing and delivering successful strategic and operational leadership to a range of services including residential, domiciliary care, supported living and housing for both adult’s and children’s learning disability, autism, mental health and complex care services. Working at senior management level for over ten years within both charitable organisations and PE backed business.

I have a successful background in the delivery of multiple complex projects from turnaround and regulatory enforcement action to successful business sale and exit to trade . I also have experience of setting up bespoke services to a high-quality standard and a proven background in leading and excelling in regards to regulatory inspections.

I am a graduate of business management and I have also attained post graduate qualifications up to level 7 in strategic health and social care management.

I have worked throughout various care settings starting my career as a support worker to operational lead.

I have a passion for delivering quality care that is person-led enshrined around the values and principles of positive behavioural support.
